This version introduces many <strong>visual and practical enhancements<\/strong> which push the user experience forward, including the complete <strong>overhaul of the company record<\/strong>, new user preferences and the ability to create custom buttons.<br><br>Let&#8217;s see in detail what we changed to make ReflexClient even better.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Company record<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Redesign of the record<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"tstjust\">In line with the <strong>visual upgrades<\/strong> introduced with version 4, it is now the turn of the company record to get a facelift.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large txtjust\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.volume-software.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/Reflex_client_4_3_Fiche_societe.png\" data-rel=\"lightbox-image-0\" data-rl_title=\"\" data-rl_caption=\"\" title=\"\"><img <strong>rearranged<\/strong> the information contained in the company record:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"txtjust wp-block-list\"><li>The <strong>main topics<\/strong> (company record, facilities, cubes, contacts, opportunities, jobs\u2026) are moved <strong>in the upper band<\/strong>.<\/li><li><strong>Submenus<\/strong>, which were located in tabs, are now <strong>displayed as lists<\/strong>, on the left.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Charts integration<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"txtjust\">When using ReflexClient CRM <strong>in conjunction with ReflexClient Cubes<\/strong>, you have the option to integrate data from the cubes directly in the company record.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"txtjust wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Customer company <\/strong>records can display data from the <strong>Orders and Invoices cubes<\/strong><br><br>ReflexClient enables users to display the data for the current year, with a monthly breakdown :<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"txtjust\">ReflexClient offers new features to <strong>help with the entry of addresses<\/strong>, which <strong>simplify the entry and increase the reliability of the input data<\/strong>.<br>ReflexClient provide the localization data for <strong>228 countries<\/strong>, relying on the \u2018geonames.org\u2019 geographical database.<br><br>These localization data encompass:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"txtjust wp-block-list\"><li>The <strong>Zip code<\/strong><\/li><li>The <strong>City<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>3 levels of administrative divisions<\/strong> (regions, departments and districts for France)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"txtjust\"><strong>Input assistance<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"txtjust\"><strong>94 countries<\/strong> are documented with the <strong>complete list of zip codes and cities<\/strong>, which means that when entering a zip code or city, ReflexClient will match the associated zip codes and
