He purchases\u00a0his cardboard sheets from the corrugator and converts them to regular slotted cases (RSC) or more complex packaging.<\/p>\n<h2><b class=\"b5\">Corrugated<\/b><b class=\"b4\">\u00a0cardbo<\/b><b class=\"b3\">ard <\/b><b class=\"b4\">sheets<\/b>.<\/h2>\n<p>The produced cardboard sheets may have different \u201c<strong>fluting profiles<\/strong>\u201c. To describe a profile, we often use a code made of the association of flute codes (in this order: from the outer flute to the inner flute):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Single face<\/strong>. A flexible element, not a sheet.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Double face<\/strong>. Examples: A, C or B.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Double wall\u00a0<\/strong>or \u201c<strong>Double-double<\/strong>\u201c. Examples: EB or BC.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Triple wall<\/strong>.
